Riwayat Adnow

Asal mula

Cerita Adnow dimulai 2 tahun yang lalu, ketika sekelompok geek digital yang memiliki hobi di bidang pemasaran digital, RTB dan Big Data memutuskan untuk membuat hybrid baru dalam format iklan native. Format ini dirancang untuk melayani iklan dan untuk membantu pengunjung dalam menemukan konten baru yang benar-benar menarik. Format ini pun memungkinkan untuk menggunakan spanduk media dan native ads dalam kampanye yang sama, yang sangat berguna untuk klien dan agensi dalam menjalankan kampanye promosi merk. Ide "menayangkan iklan yang menarik dan konten" adalah ide yang cukup jelas, tetapi solusi teknis yang rumit. Dibutuhkan waktu lebih dari 1 tahun bagi tim Adnow untuk mengembangkan prototipe platform pertama. Efektivitas algoritme tersebut cukup mengesankan mulai dari tahap pertama. Hal ini menjadi mungkin karena dari awal co-founder kami telah bekerja dengan RTB, Big Data, media buying, kampaye pay per click dan iklan mobile selama 10-14 tahun terakhir. Kombinasi semangat dan pengalaman juga mendukung dalam peningkatan platform ini dan hanya dalam 2 tahun berhasil menjadi perangkat yang efektif.

Pada Desember 2015 Adnow mulai bekerja dengan webmaster,dan platform publisher itu dapat dibuka untuk semua orang. Sejak saat itu, kami memperoleh banyak tanggapan positif dari klien dan mitra kami. Selain itu, kami juga mengubah algoritma dan model matematika sebanyak 12 kali dan juga meningkatkan prosedur seleksi.

Setelah 3 tahun dan pada tahun 2017 Adnow dengan rasa bangga menjadi platform dengan lebih dari 150 000 mitra, melayani lebih dari 6 miliyar tayangan setiap bulannya di 107 negara. Walaupun masih jauh dari sempurna, tetapi kami puas dengan capaian sejauh ini. Kerja keras setiap harinya dalam meningkatkan produk dan algoritma untuk menyediakan pendapatan tertinggi bagi kedua belah pihak - pengiklan dan penerbit. Ya, kami berkembang, kami internasional, tetapi juga kami masih haus dan siap untuk bekerja keras lagi dan lagi. Dan itulah mengapa kami dapat menawarkan mitra dan klien kami lebih dari jaringan lain!

Daria Baranova

Lebih dari 7 tahun pengalaman pemasaran digital di berbagai bidang. Bertanggung jawab atas strategi digital untuk kedutaan Swedia dan Global Blue Representative. Rayees Wani

Sales Head Region Asia

Rayees has a 11 years of experience in Financial and Digital Marketing fields. Joined the Adnow team in 2015 as a Sales Head of Asian Region. Не is among the pioneers who introduced the concept of corporate sales strategy, division by Geo factor and sales team building, B2B development. Thanks to Rayees’s help the sales force of Adnow got new energy by the way of revolutionizing sales code and ethics like introduction of new processes, voice support system for clients. Currently Rayees is handling the responsibilities of Sales Head Asia Region with his strongly built team of sales and operation specialists.

Head of Advertiser’s Department

Trung is one of the most rapidly advancing employees up the career ladder at AdNow. Starting as a sales manager in 2016 he introduced an innovative way of sales negotiations thereby increased the amount of partners and the quality of the cooperation with them. Phạm Thành Trung brought AdNow platform to the whole new level using his expert knowledge of the Asian market. He implemented campaigns optimization, timely customer support, optimized the negotiation process and cooperation with the major players on the market. Today he is holding one of the highest positions in AdNow, leading the company up to the top of the market.

Anzor Khalimov

Business Development Manager

Anzor memiliki 11 tahun pengalaman dalam mengembangkan solusi IT untuk layanan iklan, termasuk RTB, Big Data dan artificial intelligence.
